Welcome to Bengaluru Gas Services. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Service Scope
We provide repair, installation, uninstallation, cleaning, and maintenance services for gas stoves, hobs, cooktops, cooking ranges, and pipelines. Our services cover all brands and models across Bengaluru.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Service requests can be made through our website, phone, or email. A booking is considered confirmed only after acknowledgment from our customer support team.
3. Service Charges
A nominal visit charge applies to all bookings.
Final charges depend on the nature of repair, parts required, and labor.
All payments must be completed upon service delivery unless agreed otherwise.
4. Spare Parts
We use genuine spare parts wherever replacements are required. Warranties on spare parts are as per the manufacturer’s policy.
5. Warranty on Service
All services come with a 90-day warranty covering the work performed. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by mishandling, negligence, or external factors.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure safe and clear access to the appliance for servicing.
Provide accurate appliance details (brand, model, and problem) when booking.
Supervise the service when performed at your premises.
7. Limitations of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Bengaluru Gas Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from appliance breakdowns, misuse, or delays in service beyond our control.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by informing us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute changes.
9. Privacy Policy
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
